Ian Mackintosh

is a multi instrumentalist, singer songwriter, producer and teacher. With 20 years in the recording industry and 30 years teaching. His music has been featured in hundreds of films, TV shows, commercials, and documentaries. His main passion is songwriting, recording and performing. Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett, Orchestral Maneuvers In The Dark featuring Aretha Franklin, Michael Charles Smith, Leading Psychics, Starfucker are just a few of the many artists he has worked with in the industry. He writes fronts and sings for his band Mackintosh and is the half of the duo that is Mackintosh Braun. 

In May of last year he released his solo debut LP  “Don’t Show This To Anyone“, featuring the song “Miracle” which was highlighted and featured in the new documentary “A Long Way Up”, starring “Ewan McGregor” on Apple TV. Like so many artists needing an alternative to performing, he has directed his energy into producing much more in this past year.
